At Urkoza Consultores Financieros S.A.C. we respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with Peruvian Law No. 29733 – Personal Data Protection Law, its Regulation approved by Supreme Decree No. 003-2013-JUS, and the guidelines of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data of Peru.
1. Data controller
Urkoza Consultores Financieros S.A.C., Tax ID (RUC) 20612345678, with domicile at Av. Javier Prado Este 1234, Floor 7, San Isidro, Lima 15046, Peru, is the controller of the personal data bank known as "Urkoza Customers and Subscribers".
2. Data we collect
We collect names, surnames, email address, phone number if voluntarily provided, browsing data and cookies, as well as information about your interest in our financial literacy programmes.
3. Purposes
Data is used to: (i) grant you access to the financial literacy programme; (ii) send you official information and newsletters; (iii) attend queries and requests; (iv) comply with legal and regulatory obligations in Peru.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on your free, prior, express, unambiguous and informed consent, and on compliance with legal obligations applicable in the Republic of Peru.
5. Transfers
We do not transfer your personal data outside of Peru without your prior consent. We may share data with technology providers acting as processors, under strict confidentiality agreements.
6. Retention period
Your data will be kept while you maintain a relationship with Urkoza and for up to 5 years thereafter, unless a different legal retention obligation applies.
7. ARCO rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) by writing to privacidad@urkoza.com or submitting a request at our fiscal domicile. You may also file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical, organisational and legal measures to protect your data, including in-transit encryption, access controls and periodic audits.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Any significant change will be notified through the website and, when applicable, by email.
